Wine & Swine

Wine & Swine is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to experience Central Texas’ most celebrated and adventurous chefs presenting their culinary personality in the form of all things pork. Each chef participates in the authentic pig roast, many staying overnight to roast whole pigs, to compete for a cash prize and the title of Best Pork Dish. The ultimate Sunday funday, Wine & Swine is an afternoon event filled with remarkable wines and kickin’ live tunes in the gorgeous outdoor space at Camp Mabry, located in the heart of Central Austin.

This year, Wine & Swine is sure to deliver the most deliciously diverse pork party yet! Our talented chefs will present dishes celebrating styles of cuisine from all over the world, complete with a culinary passport guide to attain the full global experience.
