Foodways Texas

With a mission to preserve, promote, and celebrate the diverse food cultures of our state, the nonprofit Foodways Texas newest contribution is a project to document the rich history and insights of pioneers of the modern Central Texas wine industry.

The project is urgent and will allow the community and business people to teach the next generation of innovators. The materials collected during the course of this important project will be archived in the Briscoe Center for American History at The University of Texas at Austin.
